Store Regulations
§1 General provisions
1. These regulations define the rules for using the Let’s be ASSERTIVE! online store, hereinafter referred to as the “Store”, available at www.lets-be-assertive.com.
2. The owner of the Store is CONNECT Agnieszka Bożek with its registered office in Janowice 396, 32-020 Wieliczka, NIP: 6461207825, REGON: 278131933.
3. The store offers ebooks, courses, webinars and other digital products for sale.
4. A Store Customer may be any natural person, legal person or organizational unit without legal personality who makes a purchase in the Store, hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”.
§2 Offer and orders
1. All products offered in the Store are digital products, available for download or delivered electronically after payment.
2. The store reserves the right to change the prices of products, organize promotions and withdraw products from the offer.
3. Placing an order by the Customer is tantamount to acceptance of these regulations.
4. The order is accepted for processing after receiving the payment confirmation.
§3 Payments
1. Payments for products in the Store can be made via:
– payment gateway Przelewy24
– traditional bank transfer
2. In the case of payment by traditional bank transfer, the Customer is obliged to make a payment within 10 days of placing the order. After this time, the order may be canceled.
3. Data for the traditional transfer will be sent to the e-mail address provided by the Customer when placing the order.
§4 Execution of orders
1. After payment, digital products will be available automatically for download or delivered to the Customer’s e-mail address after the payment is credited.
2. The customer will receive a confirmation of the order and a link to download the product to the e-mail address provided.
3. In case of problems with access to the purchased product, the Customer should immediately contact the Store staff.
§5 Complaints and returns
1. Due to the nature of digital products, the Customer is not entitled to withdraw from the contract after purchasing and receiving the product.
2. Complaints regarding the operation of the Store or purchased products should be reported to the e-mail address agnieszka@lets-be-assertive.com.
3. The Store undertakes to consider the complaint within 7 days from the date of its receipt and inform the Customer about further steps.
§6 Protection of personal data
1. The administrator of Customers’ personal data is CONNECT Agnieszka Bożek.
2. Customers’ personal data is processed only for the purpose of order processing and contacting the Customer.
3. Detailed rules for the processing of personal data can be found in the Store’s Privacy Policy, available at [privacy policy URL].
§7 Final provisions
1. The store reserves the right to make changes to the regulations. The changes come into force on the day they are published on the Store’s website.
2. In matters not regulated by these regulations, the provisions of Polish law apply.
3. Any disputes arising from the use of the Store will be resolved by the court competent for the store owner’s registered office.
